Before starting SISI, we traveled across Japan in search of delicious beef, from Hokkaido in the north to Ishigaki Island in the south. After tasting countless varieties, we arrived at Tajima beef from Ogiya, known as the most discerning choice in Japan.
The Japanese beef we offer is not just the vividly marbled A5-grade beef. It is carefully selected Tajima beef chosen by the most knowledgeable connoisseurs who truly understand the essence of traditional Japanese beef. It represents the finest quality Japanese beef available at any given time.
We want everyone to feel the true taste of Wagyu and to come to love beef or yakiniku even more.
